These rules apply to all VADA/Nova Year End Awards:

Twelve (12) hours of volunteer time must be completed. This time can
be done by the rider or by someone else who donates their time to the
rider. -
Volunteer time will be logged onto this spreadsheet on our website
throughout the year. Please check to make sure your
volunteer time has been correctly noted so you get credit for all of your
hours. -
Rider MUST be a VADA/Nova member.

Scores from schooling and licensed shows cannot be combined.

Horse and rider combination MUST be the same for all scores earned.

Scores MUST be earned at a single level.

All scores must be 55% or over.

Completed awards packets must be RECEIVED by December 1 in
order to be considered. -
Award packets must include:
- Year-end award cover sheet
- Award report sheet(s) for schooling , licensed or breed shows as applicable
- Copies of front page of each test showing horse name, rider, date, location and score or USDF printout
- Special award report form if submitting for any of the special awards

Please read the criteria for each award very carefully before submitting
your packet to make sure you have the necessary scores -
Some of the awards require verification of age or breed; this should be
included with your packet -
Tests that are ridden hors concours cannot be used

Scores earned in Opportunity class at licensed shows (Training level
and above) will count as scores earned at licensed shows -
Intro level scores earned at licensed shows will count as scores for
schooling shows. There will be no year-end award at Intro Level for
licensed shows -
The Intro C test CAN be used for schooling show scores, but is not
required.
