Method for calculating awards
All awards will be calculated by adding the horse/rider scores together at each level and then dividing by the total number of tests ridden to result in an average score.
The awards year will run from December 1, 2011—November 30, 2012.
Ribbons will be awarded at each level (levels and Jr./Sr. may be combined for Freestyles), divided into Junior (rider 21 or under as of Jan. 1, 2012) and Senior. Ribbons will be awarded to 10th place for Intro to First Level and to 8th place at all other levels.
Intro Level Tests ridden at a Licensed show this year, count as Schooling Show scores for Year-End Award purposes.
