1. Entry forms are available in the Greenbook, monthly Piaffe and Passage newsletter and on the VADA/Nova website (www.vadanova.org).
2. To enter the show, you must include the following:
   • Completed Schooling Show entry form
   • Rider’s signature (parent/guardian if rider is under 21)
   • Full payment of fees
   • Copy of negative Coggins test dated within one year of the show date
     (NOTE: Name of horse on Coggins must match exactly the name of the horse on the entry form - we suggest you put both the horse's registered and barn names on your Coggins.)
3. For VADA/Nova Schooling Shows, MEMBER ENTRIES will be given priority in filling the show. Ride times/slots for the show will be filled in the order that the entries are received:
   • VADA/Nova member entries received before the closing date
   • Non-member entries received before the closing date
   • Member and Non-member entries received after the closing date
4. If you will be trailering with another rider, both of you should make a note on your entry forms if you want to be scheduled close together. The Show Secretary will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that this is sometimes difficult, particularly if riders are competing at different levels.
5. Schooling shows may fill prior to the closing date due to the fact that most locations are limited to one ring. Sending in your entry prior to the closing date does not guarantee you will be accepted, as the show may already be full. A waiting list will be maintained (in order of receipt), and the Show Secretary will fill the spots should there be any scratches.
6. For the sake of fairness to those who honor our opening dates, if an entry comes in before the opening date, it will be considered received 3 days after the opening date.
7. In most cases, closing dates for VADA/Nova schooling shows are set for the Friday, two weeks prior to the show. Entries received after the closing date will be considered POST ENTRIES and MUST INCLUDE A $5 POST ENTRY FEE. Telephone entries will not be accepted.
8. Refunds will be given in full prior to the closing date. NO refunds will be given after the closing date unless the Show Secretary is able to fill the ride from the waiting list. ( NOTE: Riders may not find their own replacements.)
9. Times will be available on the website (www.vadanova.org) or from the Show Secretary the Wednesday prior to the show date.

Shows are often oversubscribed. Please be considerate to other riders and call the Show Secretary as soon as possible if you need to scratch. This allows your spot to be filled with a rider from the waiting list and will result in a refund of your entry fee if the secretary fills your spot.
